Minor Ailments/Eye and Dental Problems

Most minor ailments can be dealt with by your pharmacist. If you have an eye problem, your first point of contact should be your optician, and for dental problems please contact your dentist.

MORNING ROUTINE CLINIC :-( The surgery and phone lines will continue to open at 8am)

Clinic Times

MONDAY-8AM-10.00AM (extended hours from 7.30am)

TUESDAY: - 8.30AM-10AM

WEDNESDAY: - 8.30AM-10AM

THURSDAY: - 8.30AM-10AM

FRIDAY: - 8.30AM-10AM

You must call the surgery BEFORE 10am .  You will not be able to specify which GP you speak to/see.  Staff will ask you details of you call.   Depending on what your calling in for you will be able to request  either a F2F appointment or a telephone appointment.  Please note that some issues will require a F2F appointment, if staff advise you of this please do not be verbally abusive towards them.

 

In an emergency, details of the medical problem MUST be given to the receptionist in order for the Doctor to prioritise patients who need immediate care. 

 

One patient per appointment please.

An interpreter service is available.

All calls to the surgery are recorded.
